So I see that defaults are now "White" instead of grey.

But why is it when a default talks it shows there name as grey instead of white? Can this be fixed so it matches better?

No support, it isn't necessary.
Also, it wouldn't match in any way. If you'd put Grey names on tab, they would be the same color as the tab background, and if you would make the names in chat white, it would be the same color as the chat.
