Hey I have recently bought an unban from the store and when I log in I seem to still be banned could you guys fix that?
Make a support ticket here: https://forums.mineverse.com/support-tickets/ Include your TID (Transaction ID that should be in the email that confirmed the purchase) and your IGN, and explain the situation. An admin will help you out as best they can. Do you have any other questions?
