2. The offender's exact ingame name: FireTheDonut
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Ban Evading, Talking to me through an alt account. If this isn't enough proof to IP check the kid I don't know what is. I'm tired of him hacking on everyone in kit pvp. Take care of it.
