Hey so I bought God rank on the Mineverse shop and it didn't give me it exactly. For some reason I found out I have the rank on skyblock and survival but that's all its not on other gamemodes modes and I can show proof of this if needed. I don't know any reason it is doing this. Im currently Elite rank on all other gamemodes other then survival and sky block. Please help.

 

It may just be taking a while to show up on other gamemodes. Try making a support ticket here: https://forums.mineverse.com/support-tickets/

An admin will sort out your rank for you. Be sure to include your Transaction ID (the code given on your receipt, it should be in your email) and if possible, evidence of you having the rank on another gamemode.
