      2. Offender's In-game name: Seitenshii
      3. Rule broken: The rule broken by Seitenshii was hacking. As shown in the attached link, she was using hacks like anti-knockback and kill-aura, as well as some others. Main points in the video are 6:05 and 6:25 and forward.
