2. The offender's exact ingame name: Frenzy_Slayer (his main account is 1byte)
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: I gave him 37 keys in survival, for 150$ in kitpvp. He never gave me the 150$ in kitpvp, after I gave him the keys he just ignorded me the whole time
