Create a thread in "Donor & Donation Issues" under "Help". Pile or Cyp will most likely fix your problem within a day or two :DDD

because um like dozens donate every day and he isn't aware of some of the rank issues lol

These are rank issues that have been reported multiple times and not addressed for months

All threads in the donator issues section are getting handled very quickly. Emailing support is not nearly as efficient

No they're not. I've been through them. Mods submit request to Crypt, but they remain unresolved.

Look again. Every thread except one has been replied to or been closed. It is not only Cyp who can fix ranks now. Noobcrew and Pile can as well

Closing them doesn't mean the issue is resolved. There are multiple players, in game, still with rank issues. I have one for a player, I bought rank for, and Piles closed out the thread without fixing it.

It was closed because the rank was resent. If there are still problems with the rank, then make a new thread. It shouldn't take too long before a new reply
